Innovative technologies of aeronautical derivation are applied for the frist time in an extensive manner in the sailing’s sector.
Through the use of:
– Naval Architecture Softwaere have been used for the  hydrostatic and hydrodynamic calculations.As a result, they reached the best navigation in all the conditions on sea, performance and reduced consumptions.
– Software for structural calculations and finish elements have been used for the definition of a stifferand a lighter structure than the conventional ones, thanks to an innovative system of hull’sparts structural linkage.
– Software for the fluidodynamic of the resin inside the mould during the building processof the hull has allowed our technicians to optimize the building processof the parts in fiberglass, guaranteeing the good impregnation of the fibers for each lamination’s part, the respect of the planned time and the good catalyze ratio for the guaranty of the structural integrity and of esthetic qualities, superior to the other hand-made.

Hull, roofing and structure are carried out with Salpa’s own system “Full Infusion”. Salpa Boats are born from new shipyard – through super automatic processes, always checked by our technicians. The robot painting structure, in whic have been used the best gelcoat and the best paints, allows to carry out excellent painting cycles and to offer a very vast choice for the hull’s, roofing’s and structure’s coloration. Special Machines have been used for reinforced fabric’s out, which are cut with huge precision and can be disposed in the mould with the orientation of the fabric’s fiber along the principal directions of the efforts. Special resins have been prepared by high-volume resin machines with an eletronic plc management guaranteeing the correct catalyze of each gram of resin catalyzed in the mould. Automatic storages linked to numerically controlled work centers allow to offer a high personalization level of the hull’s fitting out. Cherry wood, wengè, zebrano, teak, oak and other wood species can be used for the realization of a made-to-measure furniture, according to the master’s tastes. Experienced technicians and expert workmen cayy out the final assembling on board of all the hull’s components, applying the processes of our system quality certified ISO 9001. Passion and Innovation are, in this way, expressed in our Salpa range.

Salpa 30 GT

Salpa 30 G.T. offers a new balanced and dynamic design. The slender Hard top allows the driver complete visibility, and to navigate in all weather conditions. The hard top can also be extracted from the back awning. Among the other main features of this new powerboat is an enlarged cockpit, on both sides of which are two sofas that can easily be transformed into sun beds. In the cockpit, there are two tables that can be joined together to create a single large table which can comfortably seat 8 people. The cockpit furniture is a spacious kitchen which offers a gas stove, grill, hotplate, sink, large refrigerator and a storage space. On the bow, there is a large sun bed which can easily accommodate 4 people. The cabin is surprisingly well lit. Inside, there are sofas and another kitchen, or alternatively, a large U shaped sofa which can be transformed into double bed or in two separate single beds. The bathroom is big and comfortable, and the shower cabin is located in separate shower unit. In the stern, there are two additional beds. The V shaped keel is synonymous with extraordinary navigability characteristics, and guarantees soft wave impact, stability and speed. The Salpa uses the new infusion technique for all the other structural components. The result of this technology is 30% lighter watercraft with a high structural robustness compared with other craft built according to traditional methodologies. Moreover , the environmently friendly construction process does not involve the emission of Styrene. .

- Salpa Soleil 33 – un maxi gommone di dimensioni calibrate per consentire di ricavare una comoda cabina con due posti letto dotata di un locale toilette separato.
La ultra trentennale esperienza di Salpa, le tecniche costruttive, il sapiente sfruttamento degli spazi si riscontrano a pieno nel layout di questo Soleil 33. A poppa è prevista una dinette con tavolo elettrico a scomparsa protetta dai trincarini in vetroresina che sormontano parzialmente i tubolari e fungono da passavanti.Le camere d’aria – in hypalon-neoprene – esibiscono un andamento a onda che tende a salire verso prua. Il roll-bar è in vetroresina. L’opera viva ha una ruota di prua piuttosto avanzata che aumenta la lunghezza al galleggiamento e un redan trasversale a centro carena per «ventilarla»: si tratta di una soluzione già utlizzata dal Cantiere Salpa per il Soleil 23. Il bolster di guida del 33 dispone di due sedute e a poppavia di un mobile cucina completo di fuochi e tagliere; nella parte inferiore trova, invece, spazio un frigo.La configurazione dello specchio di poppa prevede la possibilità due motori fuoribordo della potenza massima di 400Hp ciascuno. Le plancette balneari sono di dimensioni importanti.
